Description

Speed and acceleration over your opponents will always put you in a position of advantage when you are playing on the field. Speed dismantles the opposition’s defence and the only way they will be able to defend you is to put someone against you that has the same speed, or to add more defenders to cover you.

The presence of your speed and acceleration alone can draw gaps in the defense, and help your team perform.

What do you need to become faster and have better acceleration?

You need to generate more power, acceleration, and explosiveness from a static position to 10-40 yards.

You also need to generate this with agility and the ability to accelerate whilst running sharply on an angle to cut the defence.

What can you expect?
